Technology solutions to help businesses and societies flourish

Our clientele spreads across the African continent and we have worked extensively with government and public institutions in the Kingdom of Swaziland especially in staff development.

Over the years we have collaborated with the different Ministry, Parastatals, NGOs the Private sector in conducting different training programmes. Some of the programmes have been initiated by us after identifying areas of intervention that will benefit the clients. We have trained civil servants from different countries in Africa.
Our presence in Africa has helped us to understand the immense training requirements and the direction that is required. This has ensured that areas of intervention are thoroughly researched to enable us address all aspects of the problem.
S.D.I as an organization works so hard to reinvent itself in order to provide better services to our clients. As a standard, facilitators are always expected to research broadly to enable them give only the best to the participants.
Our services are not one off as participants are encouraged to get back to us if they need any help in their workplaces. This in turn helps us to keep a tab on the development of former participants and to advice their employers accordingly.
