Duration Of Our Programmes

Our programmes are normally scheduled to run as follows

• Seminars and workshops – one (1) Day – Five(5) Days
• Other Programmes – One (1) Week – Four (4) Weeks

INTERNATIONAL PROGRAMMES
We conduct training programmes at other venues outside Swaziland. Sometimes the clients’ requests that we conduct programmes in their preferred venues and in other cases we choose an appropriate venue which decision may be informed by factors that include cost, nearness to a larger pool of participants, conducive environment, etc. we also carry out different consultancy services for clients depending on the specific client need.
Insurance:
S.D.I does not offer any form of insurance. Delegates are therefore advised to check with their traveling agents on the kind of health or travel insurance that they may require before embarking on their trip.
Training delivery and methods
At SDI we appreciate that people prefer to learn in different ways. That is why all our programmes reflect the different types of learning. This helps to ensure that participants need are accommodated. We employ the methods which reflect the most common styles i.e. theorist, reflector, activist and pragmatist. Programmes are conducted thorough methods that ensure adequate mix of lectures, case studies, assignment individual and group assignments study tours.
