Articles are written by named SDI practitioners, anchored in real engagement experience, and intended to be useful to programme directors, reform unit heads, and L&D leaders responsible for institutional capability.

Every SDI Insight article is written by a named practitioner who has led the work they describe. We do not commission ghost-written content. Articles are reviewed by at least one other senior associate before publication to ensure technical accuracy and editorial quality. We publish on a monthly cadence and welcome reader responses — the best of which are published as companion pieces.
